Mrs. Bulabari Henrietta Loolo has emerged as the APC candidate for Khana Constituency 2 ahead of the February 21st House of Assembly bye-election in Rivers State.
The elected APC candidate is the wife of Hon. Dinebari Loolo, who represented Khana 2 State Constituency of Khana LGA until his death in September 2023.
