Dignitaries gathered at the 28th Convocation Lecture of Lagos State University (LASU), titled “Patriotism, Citizenship and National Ownership: The Imperative of Collective Responsibility,” delivered by the Honorable Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Olatunji Alausa, on Tuesday, 8th April 2025.
The event, held in front of a packed Buba Marwa Auditorium, formed a key part of the university’s 28th Convocation Ceremony.
The Lecture was chaired by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, and witnessed the presence of other eminent Nigerians from various sectors who came to lend their voices and presence to the theme of national unity and shared responsibility.
