The Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has approved the dissolution of the management board of the Ondo State Football Agency (ODSFA), formerly led by Mr. Dele Ologun as Executive Chairman.
The board and its members have been relieved of their duties with immediate effect and directed to hand over all government property in their custody to the agency’s accounting officer.
In a swift move to ensure continuity in the administration of Sunshine Stars Football Club, Governor Aiyedatiwa has constituted a caretaker committee to oversee the club’s operations. The committee will be led by Mr. Tokunbo Akinyelure, who will serve as the Team Manager and Welfare Officer.
Other members of the caretaker team include:

- Abdul Wahab – Kits Manager
- Elias Michael – Masseur
- Adetula Olumide – Physiotherapist
- Ayodeji Abe – Camp Commandant
- Ademola Ayodeji – Assistant Kits Manager I
- Oria Sola – Assistant Kits Manager II
- Imisi Ayodele – Curator
- Isaac Afolabi – Media Officer
The caretaker committee is to report directly to the Office of the Governor.
Governor Aiyedatiwa charged the newly appointed members to work diligently and reposition Sunshine Stars Football Club for greater success.
