Lagos, Nigeria — June 6, 2025 – Peacevilla Integrated Farms Limited has been officially recognized as one of Africa’s “100 Safe Companies to Do Business With in 2025” by Emerging Elite Magazine International, a prestigious honor celebrating integrity, safety, and excellence in African entrepreneurship.

The award was presented during a ceremony attended by industry leaders, media, and dignitaries. The recognition underscores Peacevilla’s unwavering commitment to ethical business practices, food safety, environmental sustainability, and its reputation as a trusted partner in agricultural enterprise.

“This award is not just a milestone — it is a reminder of how far we’ve come and how much farther we aim to go,” said Barr. Melvin Ponsak Daji, Managing Director/CEO of Peacevilla Integrated Farms, in his acceptance speech. “From humble beginnings with one farm and a handful of passionate hands, we have grown into a thriving agricultural force spanning Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, and Afam, committed to organic food production, zero-waste farming, and community empowerment.”

Peacevilla was selected based on a rigorous evaluation that focused on five critical criteria:

Safe Work Environment: No salary arrears, fair wages, and welfare initiatives like the “Fresh Farm Produce for Staff” program.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Transparent product quality and weight measurements, ensuring trust and consistency.

Trustworthiness: A spotless record in business dealings with zero litigation since inception.

Commitment to Safety: Strict food safety protocols and organic farming practices benefiting both consumers and the environment.

Regulatory Compliance: Full adherence to government and environmental standards, voluntarily and consistently.

Editor-in-Chief Princess Olivia Chukwuma of Emerging Elite Magazine noted, “Peacevilla represents a new breed of Nigerian agribusiness — ethical, innovative, and people-centric. They’re more than a farm; they’re a movement of hope, integrity, and impact.”

Peacevilla will also be featured in the upcoming issue of Emerging Elite Magazine International, showcasing its business values, sustainability model, and role as a community transformer.

As part of the award’s legacy, Peacevilla is also encouraged to partner with the Emerging Elites Foundation’s Youth Technology Empowerment Project, aiming to train 10,000 African youth in digital and AI skills by 2030 — a cause Peacevilla is already exploring.
