BREAKING:Rivers State High Court sitting in Oyigbo has refused to grant PERPETUAL INJUNCTION restraining the Chief Judge

from acting on the House of Assembly requests on Governor Fubara’s impeachment.

The judge acknowledged that the matter is already before the Court of Appeal and adjourned indefinitely pending the outcome of the case in the appellate court.
